Creating an offer is simple.
When a transfer market session is open, every user can make one or more offers to other managers.
Once the team to negotiate with has been chosen, it is possible to request and/or offer one or more players.
Each player included in the negotiation can be exchanged permanently or via a loan.
Since only players with a valid market value are exchangeable, it is good to notify the admins of any missing Market Values so that they can be promptly entered.
Note
In case of a League with Contracts, only players with at least a half-season contract can be used in a trade.
# Trade with Manager
# Permanent Trade
When a player is permanently traded, based on the Seasonal Limits, they can be exchanged for a percentage of their market value.
A user can choose whether to set a percentage to apply (which must range from the minimum to the maximum possible value for percentages during the trade phase) or directly the player's value to apply in the trade (which must be within the defined minimum and maximum value). For greater clarity:
where and are the minimum and maximum applicable percentages in the trade, is the player's market value at the time of the trade, and is the player's value IN the trade.
# Loans
If the League allows for loans, a user can exchange a player using the loan modality.
There are 3 types of loans, based on those chosen during the league creation phase:
- Dry Loan (Prestito secco): the player is given on a dry loan and automatically returns to the owning team at the end of the term
- Loan with Option to Buy: the team that borrows the player must decide whether to buy them out or not at the end of the loan. The buyout cost will always be equal to 100% of the player's market value at the time of the buyout.
- Loan with Obligation to Buy: the team that borrows the player will automatically buy them out at the end of the loan. The buyout cost will be equal to 100% of the player's market value at the start of the loan.
Loaned players will always be counted as players on the roster of the owning team as well as the team benefiting from the loan.
The player's salary will be fully borne by the team benefiting from the loan.
The cost for initiating a loan is equal to:
where is a percentage that depends on the contract type set in the Seasonal Limits and can be either the player's salary or their market value (based on the choice made by the admins).
# Settlements
For leagues that have activated this Setting, it is possible to define a percentage of the money in the offer phase that will be paid into the treasury of the Manager with a positive amount in the trade after a certain number of half-seasons.
This feature allows users to amortize some purchases over several seasons, so as not to immediately deplete their funds.
# Releases (Svincoli)
If player release is enabled in the Seasonal Limits, a manager can trade with the fictitious "release" team to release their players. The gain will depend on the applied percentage chosen by the admins.
Note
A frozen player will always have a percentage of 100% applied.
# Internal Trades
If the league includes the presence of Youth Squads, during the market phase a manager can trade their players between the Minor Squad and the Major Squad rosters.
The trade cost will always be 0 and trades can only be permanent.
The manager can decide to transfer funds from the Major Squad to the Minor Squad.
Warning
Money can only be transferred from the Major Squad to the Minor Squad and NOT vice versa. Therefore, make sure not to be too generous with your Youth Squad!
