The portal provides the ability to configure various awards for teams or players who distinguish themselves during individual competitions or the entire season.
The configurable awards can be grouped into these macro categories:

• Match Awards
• Competition Awards
• Ballon d'Or
• Golden Boy
• Custom Awards

# Match Awards

These are the awards assigned to each team at the end of a match. They are configurable during the tournament creation phase and depend on the result obtained at the end of the match. At the end of the match, a manager can obtain an award for a win, a draw, or a loss within the competition.
The only constraint is that the award for a win must be greater than or equal to that for a draw, which in turn must be greater than or equal to the award for a loss.
It is important to note that the value can also be negative (for example, a payment may be required from the defeated team).

# Competition Awards

These are the awards that are assigned at the end of a competition.
They are divided into:

• Placement Awards
• Individual Awards

# Placement Awards

These are the awards obtained based on the placement or result achieved at the end of the competition:

• In a league, awards can be assigned from the first to the last position.
• In a knockout tournament, awards can be assigned based on which phase was reached (e.g., loss in the final, loss in the round of sixteen, etc.)
• In a mixed tournament, in addition to the previous awards, an award can also be assigned for those who advance past the group stage.

# Individual Awards

The individual awards of a competition are attributed to the players who have most distinguished themselves throughout the duration of the tournament. The assignable awards in this category are:

• Top Scorer, assigned to the player who scored the most goals.
    In case of a tie between 2 or more players, the ranking will be based on (in order): Assists - number of Man of the Match awards
• Top Assist Provider (Assistman), assigned to the player who made the most assists
    In case of a tie between 2 or more players, the ranking will be based on (in order): Goals - number of Man of the Match awards
• Best Player of the Tournament, assigned to the player who received the "Man of the Match" award the most times in the various games

  In case of a tie between 2 or more players, the ranking will be based on (in order): Assists - Goals

• Yashin Award, assigned to the best goalkeeper of the tournament.

# Yashin Award

It is good to dedicate a separate section to the Yashin Award. This is because the calculation may not be obvious.
To determine the best goalkeeper of the tournament, reference is made to the ratings obtained during each match in a tournament (in fact, there is no way to define which goalkeeper played in a match other than by considering the one who was assigned a rating during it).

Naturally, the number of matches played by a goalkeeper, and the total number of matches they could have played during the entire competition, must also be taken into account.

To do this, a calculation is performed based on the ratings obtained during the course of the competition and compared to a "global average" that considers the average number of matches played by each goalkeeper.
In short: a goalkeeper with only 2 games played with a rating of 8 in both, will have a "lower" final score than a goalkeeper who played 20 games with a rating of 7.

# Ballon d'Or

The Ballon d'Or is an award assigned to the player who most distinguished themselves during the season.
Points are assigned to each player, based on their role and the statistics obtained during competitive tournaments (Level 1 and 2).
The player who earned the most points overall will receive the Ballon d'Or.

# Golden Boy

The Golden Boy is an award assigned that works like the Ballon d'Or, but reserved to players whose age and Overall is in the limits for the Minor Teams.
Multipliers are the same as the Ballon d'Or.

# Custom Awards

It is also possible, if desired, to create custom awards, individual or not, tied to tournaments or not, which can be freely assigned by admins at any time.
Possible examples are: Goal of the Year, Save of the Year, etc. Be creative!
